I’ve had Hardough bread made with whole wheat flour but I’ve never used it myself. I think you should be able to substitute it in the recipe with good results. Let me know how it goes. Blessings, Fay

You were right! The hard dough bread just came out of the oven and I love it. Same flavour and texture as store-bought hard dough bread…or even, as you suggest in your video, a bit better.
This bread and other the loaves that will undoubtedly follow, are sure to bring joy to the hearts of many of my Jamaican friends living here in Madrid, Spain.

I’m really excited to try my hand at this as I love hardough bread,however I don’t have a fancy hook to mix the dough how can I get around that without purchasing a new mixer?
