    another way to store ginger is to crush it together with garlic add some lemon juice to make a paste and store it in the fridge…can be used to add flavour to a variety of dishes meat, poultry/ fish and also rice dishes like biryani/pilau …my mum used to make me do this all the time when i was young and i had to use a small mortar and pestle but you can use a blender/food processor too less tiring:)
