At Goblin Hill Villas bartender Calvin Wellington makes delicious drinks at Tree Bar in the shade of a gigantic ficus tree. While we were staying at the resort he graciously agreed to share his recipe with us. We found his cocktail to be creamy, refreshing and simply delicious! Plus, you can whip of this drink in about 2 minutes flat!
