Last week I told you about my visit to Scotchies Jerk Centre outside Ocho Rios in Jamaica. Yesterday I came across this video of a web TV show called Pon di Road. In this episode the hosts visit Scotchies! Since I don’t have a video of my own to show you, I thought I’d share this one with you. You’ll see why Scotchies is one of the best known places for jerk on the island. Watching it you can almost smell the smoky jerk flavor that’s in the air!
